Change your password

 - Log in to your Ritoria Account
 - From the drop-down menu, click on 'Account Settings'
 - Scroll down to 'change password'
 - Type in your new password
 - Retype in your new password
 - Click 'Save'

Reset your password

 - When signing in click on “Forgot Password” under the password bubble
 - Enter the email address of your account and click ‘Send’
 - Check your email inbox for a message from Ritoria with the subject line “Reset Your Password”
 - Click on the “Reset Password” link in the email
 - Enter your new Password and 'Confirm' the password
 - Click 'Save'
 - You will be redirected to the Ritoria log in page.

Change email address

 - If you have a new email address you’d like to use for your current Ritoria account, you will need to log into your Ritoria account on your CURRENT email address.
 - When you log in, go to your 'Account Settings'
 - Scroll down to 'Change Email'
 - Enter your new email address
 - An email verification will be sent to your new email address, open the email and click on the link to verify the email.
 - You will be redirected to the Ritoria Homepage where you can now log into your account with your new email address.

Not receiving the password reset email?
- Check your junk/spam folders
- Check you entered the correct email address for your Ritoria account

Reset link not working?
- Check your email junk/spam folder.
- Try copying and pasting the link from the email into a different browser, or a private/incognito window

Note: For your security, password reset links become invalid once they have been used. If you're unable to reset your password, you will need to use the ‘‘Forgot Password’ method again to get a new link.
